In the first quarter of 2008, four homes sold in Maui Meadows. The median sale price of $1.149 million was 8% below full year 2007 results. The per square foot average, the better measure in our opinion, of $572 was 10% higher that 2007. However, three of the homes which sold were 2000 square feet or smaller and those homes typically receive higher per square foot values in Maui Meadows.
