March 3rd, 2008In the Maui real estate market, February was not kind to Wailea and Makena residences. Only two homes sold. Tom and Sean's Keawakapu Beach listing and one other. In February 2007 three Wailea and Makena homes sold. Four other homes went into escrow in February compared to five a year ago. Currently 60 homes are for sale which represents over two years worth of inventory at current sales rates. With so few data points, making pricing comparisons isn't useful.
