Two Maui Meadows listings went into escrow in November. 599 Mililani is a 1600 square foot home with nice views and was listed for $1.195 million. That offer has a contingency attached. The other was 3283 Wailea, a 2400 square foot home listed for $995,000. That home had been previously listed for $1.35 million.  Those implied per square foot prices would be lower than other recent Maui Meadows sales levels.
