This home has some ocean views and is listed for $1.25 million. 1009 Kupulau, a lovely lot with two cottages has reduced its asking price to $1.125 million from $1.295 million. That now represents a value.

But the Tom and Sean listing of 766 Lanina (cottage and lot)  at $699,000 remains the best deal in Maui Meadows.
