Only a single home sold in Maui Meadows in June, continuing the slow pace we have seen in the past six months. One other home has gone into escrow. Both of these homes have garden views and are at the lower end of the Maui Meadows' valuation scale. These are just too few data points to draw pricing conclusions. Sales inventory remains at over twenty homes and several vacant lots for sale.
