Only one home closed in Maui Meadows in April. A Wailea quality home on a huge lot on Malina sold for $1.68 million or $420 per square foot. That home had been most recently listed for over $2.1 million. Two other homes have gone into escrow including a beauty on Pawali listed for $1.999 million. That leaves 22 homes and several lots for sale in Maui Meadows.
