Since the first of the year, two homes have sold in Maui Meadows, both on Mapu. 3161, 1654 square feet and a cottage and very nice pool area sold for $1.25 million while 3292, 2900 square feet and rental oriented sold for $ 1.137 million. Two other properties remain in escrow. Nothing has gone into escrow since the first of the year. Twenty three homes are for sale in Maui Meadows. At current absorption rates, only half of those are going to sell this year. Sellers who choose to drop their listing prices are going to move to the front of the line.
