Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson, Raymond Floyd and Gary Player have over forty, FORTY, major championships among them. You can see them all play at the Wailea Gold Course on Saturday and Sunday in the Wendy's Skins Game. Sure these gentlemen are somewhat past their peak, but how often does one get to watch a sports immortal up close, let alone five of them? Well, in Wailea? Every year.
Things remain relatively quiet in Maui Meadows. There has been another price reduction on 566 Mikio, which is now listed for $1.249 million. Inventory remains full in Maui Meadows and sales activity remains modest with about one property per month being sold.
As those who are on island can see, there is a tremendous amount of construction going on in the Wailea area and we thought a brief update might be in order.
