Presumably frustrated by the lack of sales activity in Maui Meadows, three sellers have cancelled their listings in the past week. However, inventory still remains high and no Maui Meadows properties went into escrow in the month of January.
The Department of Commerce announced today that in the fourth quarter of 2006, Gross Domestic Product, the broadest gauge of economic activity, grew at a remarkable 3.5%.
3337 Kehala, a vacant lot of over 24,000 square feet has been listed for $775,000. This lot will offer excellent ocean views from the second floor of a home. Maui Meadows continues to lag in terms of sales as nothing has gone into escrow in 2007.
