It has been a busy week for Maui Meadows Real Estate. 3161 Mapu Place, a lovely two bedroom home with an exceptional outdoor area, listed for $1.25 million has gone into escrow. Two properties have left the market, 650 Mililani and 627 Luana. 645 Laniolu, a 2000 square foot pole house with huge ocean views has offered another price reduction and is down to $1.195 million after almost nine months on the market. 831 Kumulani is being offered for sale for $1.8 million. It is a Hawaiian style 2700 square foot home with unusual privacy.
